This includes 2 Legs, Loin Chops or Loin Roasts; Rib Chops or Rib Racks; Cubed Meat, Ground Meat or Shoulder Roasts; Shank, & Trim. Approximately 35 pounds, hanging weight. (Note that hanging weight is the weight of the animal once gutted, skinned, and head removed. It is not how much meat you will get.)

This can be butchered the way you want it, so it needs to be ordered ____ in advance. Plan ahead!

Sold on the hoof. We will deliver the goat to the butcher on your behalf.
Cost of delivery and butchering is included in the price.
You will pick up your meat from the butcher.
